There was a piece of foil caught in the fan, and something was wrong
with the controls. I had to reach into the back and clear it by hand
before the motor blew.

However, if you didn't know what I was doing (and I didn't have time to
discuss it with anybody), it looked like I was leaping into the oven. I
suppose I was, in fact. For some reason this has gained me a reputation
for extreme behavior.

Luckily I was wearing my Cook's Cote (tm) Mark I, and had towels wrapped
around my hand, and wasn't burned.
