SC - Fish pie recipe

Good day to all.

I wanted to make that fish pie for company but it seems my daughter disposed 
of my copy.  I showed it to her and she made faces and then made a airplane 
and flew it out the window.  She is NOT invited to sup with us.  Anyway, 
could someone please be kind enough to re-post?

Oh.  One more question.  I know that quince paste can be traced back to the 
15th century.  Is it possible that guava paste can be traced back anywhere 
in the period we play in?  Any other paste?
