My own favourite book about Precolumbian Food is Pre-Hispanic Cooking, written
by Ana M. de Benitez. I have it in a bilingual edition, English and Spanish,
edited in Mexico by Ediciones Euroamericanas, first edition 1974, sixth edition
1991.
