Speaking from recent experience (i.e. this past weekend):

Yes.  Yes it is.

(Though I was surprised how much I appreciated *not* having the ovens and
the prep space in the same room, until I walked into the tiny space that
housed the three electric range/ovens.  Boy, was I happy to be on turnover
duty then)
