Unfortunately, we had some lightening activity at home while we were at the 
event, and our drive is slightly scrambled.  

    I can state that it was a traditional Turkish feast and was presented to 
both of the then current Majesties.  It consisted of 8 courses, and each was 
of from 2 to 4 dishes.  There were 2 appetizer courses, a soup course, 3 meat 
and vegetable courses, and 2 dessert courses.   There was also an additional 
spectacle dessert served to high table.  Despite it being non-period, I 
prepared a chocolate mousse with a solid triskele on top, served atop a sea 
of blackberries (all of which were His Majesties favorites).
