Welcome to the SCA-Cooks list.

You might be interested in taking a look at my Florilegium files,
particularly the food sections. However, if you are a sponge you
may find yourself feeling a little bloated after you've been
there a while. :-)  I joined this list in its first week three
years ago. Most of the period recipes that have been posted on
this list and a lot of the discussion is now in the Florilegium.

Please let me know if I can help you find anything there.
