Okay, it would appear that I've finally killed too many brain cells. I can't remember the medieval name for, or equivalent of, hummus. I remember doing a hummus recipe with Ras and Elysant on the great mostly non-sailing adventure, but I can't remember the name or source. Seems to me it was Curye on Inglysch.
