I won't repeat the good advice about cooking with a young baby; just remember,
your sweet babboo is now in a place where he/she is quiet, needs met and
location known at all times. This won't be case when the child within becomes
the child without.

Get twice as many helpers as you think you need. You will need more, and half
of them will flake out anyway, each convinced that he is the ONLY one who is
doing so.

Get a clean up crew ahead of time. Again, twice as many as you think you need.
"Many hands make light work" is an old saying with much truth.

You can't have too many utensils. The thing you think about bringing but leave
home to save space is the EXACT thing you will need.

Store-bought French Bread is *boring* but it makes a decent trencher. It may
have the taste and absorbant qualities of a sponge, but in this case all the
better to sop up the good-to-the-last drop juices of your yummy recipes.

Best of luck, and publish the recipes!
