The amount of carbs in my jerky marinade are pretty much minimal, as it makes 15
lbs-
red wine, pepper, worchestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt - a total of about
2.5 cups total, being mostly red wine [a nice barberonne os my personal
preference].
