SC - Re HEB and spelt....

Hi, 
HEB is a west/southern Texas chain of Grocery stores. 


You can find spelt at health food stores that actually
carry food. And they have at least a couple of recipes
at the vegetarian times website. (not sure how period,
but should at least help with cooking times) There is
a cook book called "Laurels Kitchen" that talks about
several different types of grain and basic cooking
information. But good luck.
