hey all from Anne-Marie
we are asked: what should I call the feastcrat?

"gracious volunteer"? :)
seriously, I'm partial to the term "cuisinier", as this is what Chiquart
calls himself and the other head cooks in his 15th century work.

but hey...anyone who volutneers to be head cook can call themselves "grand
poobah of the kitchen" for all I care! :)
