Probably, at one time or another. However, dormice aren't quite the same
thing as the typical vole or field mouse your cat occasionally may drag
in. A dormouse is a little smaller than a squirrel, but not by much, and
when raised or fattened domestically, as dormice for eating tended to
be, they had, I suspect, quite a lot of meat.
