Do you think I don't do this? Examining my past menus and posted ingredient's 
lists reveals that I have not added anything to a feast at the last moment 
within documentable history of such feasts. Are you trying to say that there 
are actually cooks in the SCA that do this horrible misdeed? I am  shocked 
that such a thing would ever occur in the context of the SCA. :-0
