Here in Ealdormere I, and others, have been pushing the change to "course"
for a couple of years now. It seems to have caught on, for the most part,
especially by the new up-and-coming cooks, who are more open to discussing
these things rather than taking it from habit and past old-school tradition.
Those seem to be the ones that want to more understand why this "change"
took place and why its not correct to call it a remove.

As well, the term "feastocrat" also seems to have gone the way of the
dinosaur for most and, I for one, am glad to see this.
