Take a package of kataifa [qata'if] roll it open flat, put the ground sugar/nut
innards from a baklava recipe, roll into a log, place in a pan, sprinkle with
rosewater and bake. When it is golden, pour sugar syrup over the thing, slice
into rounds and enjoy.
