No, it's even more complicated than that.  You have to figure out if it's a 
Ruritanian shlabotnik or a Pottsylvanian shlabotnik.  They diverged, you 
know, during the Great Schism.  (Something about the Ruritanians 
cracking their eggs at the wrong end...)  There's a recipe for 
plumedematante in Grenadine, which uses 9 shlabotniks of chopped 
bull udder, but the footnote explains that even though Grenadine was 
Ruritanian, he served his apprenticeship in Pottsylvania... and then 
there follows a long quotation in Linear B, which I can't quite make out.  
Have you checked the Floralegium?
