Yes, however materials cost and production cost can sometimes be only
a small part of what is used in setting a retail price. I'm sure that
Kraft spends a lot more money advertising MW than their regular mayo.

Also it may simply be that folks are more willing to pay more for
MW than regular mayo or that if the mayo is not priced cheap enough,
customers may simply buy another brand of mayo. If they prefer the
different taste of MW, or the advertising has convinced them that
the quality is higher, then there may be no alternative and they
will pay more money for MW.
