SC - TI article?

Hi everyone! And the Can O' Worms for today is....

Ok, I'm a slacker today (the weather is doing weird things and every
joint in my body is announcing it loudly) and I was laying in bed
reading TI (lovely cover, yes?) and there's an article on running a
support kitchen for fighters. Thought it would be interesting. *NOT!* Is
it just me, or does anyone else feel a leetle disappointed by an article
_in TI_ that advocates Twinkies and 'Bugs on a Log' and yet does not
mention period foods or even make suppositions on what soldiers may have
eaten in period? They might as well have simply copied a half-dozen
pages from an old Boy Scouts Field Guide.

Am I just too grumpy because I've maxed out on my Ibuprofen? My kitchen
is far from perfect but at least I try...
