I would strongly suggest that if you have *any* complications, that you
wait until after the baby arrives- small complications have an annoying
habit of becoming big at the wrong time. In the meantime, it might be
good to work *with* an experienced head cook, and learn all you can
before you take on the job yourself. An remember that your health and
your baby come first.
