SC - Dormice WAS: period dishes for Ari

I actually met someone last weekend who had eaten Dormice!  Apparently she
went to some apician recreation meal in Italy and not only was it served,
but she actually ate it - wow!

Unfortunately, I forgot to get a sense from her of what it tasted like.
"just like chicken"? ;->
