SC - Period Restaurant?

I was sitting here, innocently reading my email, watching FoodTV, when "The
Best Of..." starts doing a piece on the City Tavern in Philadelphia. The
servers wear period costume (well...kinda) and the furniture and
accoutrements look pretty good. They claim the food is authentic -- it's
authenticity was "checked by the interior department".  (!?) Hmmm....

Anyone else see this review?
