If you go and read the article, they are going to cook what they feel is going to
be acceptable to the little yuppies they are targeting - a boiled fennel bulb salad
drizzled with honey, and lamb stew made to the modern palate so that people won't
be overwhelmed with the period spicing. Gee, and tex-mex or indian isn't spicy?
