    For my own experience (West & Artemisia)  Feasts are separate from the
site fee, unless the feast  *IS* the event.  Sometimes there is a dayboard
that's part of the site fee, but that's generally a soup or two,  bread &
cheese thingy.

    MY gripe is the event that is  *catered*  by the site  (hotel or such
thing) and going  offboard means you'll miss Court that happens during feast
(Grrrrr!!)  Or there is no place to go offboard to, or the  site won't allow
for off-board dining . . .  and the caterers aren't willing to  *try*
accomodating for a different menu/recipe.
