SC - Kataifa (was Lebanese Sweets)

All appearances are that it is shredded phyllo.  I find it in Atlanta at the International Framer's Market on P'tree Industril at Chamblee Tucker.  It was $1.99 for one pound package last night, IIRC.  Right next to puff pastry and Kronos phyllo.
