This was an outstanding feast !!
I can tell you that if you follow the recipes that Katja has listed you cant
go wrong. It was perfect for the modern pallet but yet completely period.
In talking to many of those that enjoyed the feast that Coronation Day..
everyone was extremely happy that they were on board.
Thought all of you would like to know as Its always been important to me,
when prepairing a period dish, if its something that will be accepted by
those at feast.
Once again Katja did an marvelous job!!!
