I don't know about SOS (never liked it when I did eat beef.) But, I use ground
turkey all the time for sloppy joes (manwich, without the brand name) and it's
great.  Never had a complaint at a picnic!  I also make turkey stuffed peppers
which are heavenly.  I make them with barley and wild rice... mmm... I think
I'm going to have to go buy peppers now...
