Actually, I could always tell the difference between ground turkey and other
ground meats. Ground turkey always tasted a little bland when put in recipes
calling for ground beef.   A trick I learned when cooking for myself is to
toss in a beef buillion cube when working with ground turkey when browing
it.  It helps in dishes like chili.
