There are no provisions in the ADA at all for this.  Some IDIOT tried
to sue the government to make the APPALACHIAN TRAIL wheelchair
accessible for its entire length under the "spirit" of the ADA.  The only
legal requirements will be those imposed by local laws covering public
gatherings and minimal accessibility.  If it outside any town limits, I
would be surprised to see any required at all (unless you have something
planned the size of Pennsic or Woodstoc, that is.)
