YO, guilty as charged! I use in on purpose, to emphasize my equality with the Knights.

What are "objective criteria" for arts? That's nice in theory, but that makes Arts advancement difficult, as Kiri has said, it's too subjective. The one time I entered an Adrian arts competition,
using a period recipe, they said my documentation was incomplete. What part of "primary source" didn't these people understand? I think that day's winner was one of the household heads.

If I get over it and play again, it will be with the Heralds. I won't wear blue unless Sir Nigel says it's okay though. Lord Fleur-de-Lys is an old buddy, he used to be the Baronial herald in Calafia
[San Diego], we worked on heraldry together for simply years and years. I was happy to hear about his knighting and we not only came down for it, but I made his blue belt for him. SCA people can
'cross the line' peacefully sometimes!
