Hmmm, why do you think they're so yucky? I think that the way they're 
often served at Thanksgiving with all kinds of sweet gunk 
(marshmallows, eeewww) is really yucky.

But i think they're really good if you just bake a whole sweet potato 
into the oven, then serve it with butter and salt just like a 
"regular" baked potato.
