My kids like that one enough that we have it for holidays sometimes.
They like it made with Colby or medium Cheddar. I'm wondering what it
would be like with Meunster (my current fave). I also usually leave most
or all of the butter out, as I'm watching fat consumption, and the
cheese is usually pretty greasy by itself. Has anyone else messed with
that?
