SC - Pig parts - OOP, OT

I read "somewhere" pork makes too sweet a stock, and isn't good for using with 
any other type meat.  When in need of a bbq fix, I've been known to buy them, 
brown them a bit in the oven, cover with barbeque sauce and bake until done.
