Speaking of eating rabbit...
One of my schola dreams was to have a "Use the bunny" day.

Start the day with huspandry and care of critters, or perhaps history
of hunting and weaponry.
Killing, skinning, etc.
Skin goes to: Tanning, dyeing for faux fur techniques, garmet making etc.

Body used for: Butchery techniques, sinew use/processing, bone
use/processing and carving, etc

Butchery remains go to a cooking class, with results going to the
feast. (see, i knew this was on topic... ;)

some think it's a little morbid... i'm not sure i could do it
personally.  but i think as a meat eater, i should at least once...

Has anyone done this yet?
