Most countries that use the vaccine, like those in Asia, have epizoodic
problems with HMD.HMD in Britian is a recent occurance. The best way to
eliminate the virus is to keep it out of the area, which is why countries
without HMD refuse to import meat and animal products from countries that
do. From what I've read and been told at the office, Britan's problem came
in from some illegal beef smuggled in from China.
