In COI- book II #42 'pommedorry'- not covered in dough, but brushed with
eggyolk to color. I have also seen one that has you painting some with
an eggyolk/parsley mixture, but I can't remember where. Maybe I forgot
on purpose- my advisor in undergrad (Medieval Studies Program, not the
Spawn-of-Hell grad advisor in English) suggested that I _not_ tell
anyone else in the department, lest Catering get bright ideas for the
next department function. And the great oaths and threats he uttered at
the idea of green and yellow 'balls' (UO colors are green and gold)
suggested to me that he would hold me responsible if they did, and my
health would take a sudden downturn... Rats. I had kinda thought it
would be cute. Now that I'm gone maybe I should make an anonymous
call...
