SC - THANKS:::- NEED AN OPINION

Thanks to everyone who took the time to save me from salmonilla.  (see 
today's Doonesbury! btw)
I cooked up cutlets and cooled them and we will eat them cold or room temp 
from the cooler tonight.
We are off now to Syracuse U where my son is attending some orientation 
thingie in preparation for next year's leaving.
