SC - Pig parts - OOP, OT - now tomato leaves

Ok - I was confused because they specifically called them "beefsteak tomato
leaves" (IIRC) If it's another plant then that makes more sense.  How do
they get red coloring out of a green leaf?????

Beefsteak leaf is what they were using, not the same thing as Beefsteak
Tomato leaf.  Different plant entirely.  Beefsteak leaf aka Shiso is
used in Japanese cooking for wrapping sushi packets and for red food
color amongst other things.
