SC - Weird Symbols in Recipes

Well, it's never going to go away - people keep cutting and pasting 
from their word processors.

So, in order to translate from "capital pi" and "small pi" and other 
characters strange to find in recipes, can someone please post a list 
of the odd characters along with the fractions they represent?

That way i can keep a chart and translate the recipes myself instead 
of continually asking people to post with real fractions...
