Now I hadn't thought of that.  The last time we did rice, we had a bunch of 
smaller pots going (we had the burner space to play with...).  Considering my 
husband's hatred of crunchy rice, and his determination to be able to cook it 
in quantity without scorching it or having it still crunchy, this looks like 
a good bet,
