SC - New deputy A&S officer and special needs article

I'm not sure if this is in referance to my message or not. But if
it is, that would be fine and wonderful. I've seldom got any kind
of deadline for articles and such. What doesn't get into the
Florilegium this month can get in the next month. I'd rather not
have it put off too long, simply because there is a greater chance
that the article will get bounced by some other activity. Squeeky
wheel and all that.
