SC - Medieval Hummus

I remember some discussion of this on this list - that there's a 
Medieval recipe for hummus (that means chickpeas) but it isn't bi 
tahini (that means "with tahini"). If i recall correctly, it was with 
walnuts.

Where can i find the recipe?
