SC - Does anybody have my list?

Dear Cooks,
	Some time back (last fall?) I posted a shopping list of things you could
run into a grocery store and buy if you were on your way to an SCA function
that required covered dishes.  I have searched my files, the Florilegium,
and my old emails, and can't find it.  Has someone got it stashed someplace
easy to access that they could find it and send it to me?  I can re-create
it if necessary, but I would like to find the original if possible.
