Not that i am aware of. Tart (agreeable sharp/acid to the taste) is derived
from Middle English via Old English 'teart' (sharp/severe) akin to Middle
High German 'traz' (spite). While tart (pastry) is derived from the Middle
English 'tarte' via Middle French.

The similarity in spelling and pronunciation appear to be entirely
coincedental, IMO.
