hey all from Anne-Marie

so I saw the tentative list of classes for Known World Arts and Sciences
(Oct 27-29, 2001 in Seattle). There's only ONE cooking class!!!!


heresy! tragedy! much rending of garments and gnashing of teeth!!!

you gonna let the DANCE people hog all the fun? egads, tehres more RAPIER
classes than there is cooking classes!

come on people! I know we can come up with some really cool stuff that
doesnt require kitchens! Bear, what about your class on food in art? Sugar
plate? German sources? Garnishing? spices? 

its shaping up to be an AMAZING bunch of classes and workshops and I'd sure
like to see the culinary arts represented....(I'm biased, I guess :)).
