The policy I tend to use is that if a person pays for a feast then that
person should get to sit down and enjoy it, and I will kick people out of
the kitchen for a while so that they can do so.  But I also have a number of
people who like to work in the kitchen, are a bit short of cash, and don't
mind eating scraps.  Those people I will allow to eat the extras without
paying, but I let them know that there is no guarantee of getting every
dish, or large amounts.
