I would definitely borrow from Platina heavily. Since it is currently in the
90's up here, I would aim to balance the humors with some cool options.

Cucumber salad
A cold chicken Dish
A pasta dish tossed with olive oil, basil, lemon and almonds
A fresh fruit dessert (unperiod blueberries are in season) I'd mix them with
the raspberries that we are currently picking and use them as a topping for a
good vanilla ice cream(oop).
