[Sca-cooks] Quince, medlar and rose hips recipes

While looking around for more info on the Eugenia stuff (aka hedge cherry
or cherry hedge), I found an article on the Better Homes and Gardens
website on fruits that most people ignore.

They cover quince, medlars, rose hips and chokeberries.
It's quite good, and gives me ideas in directions I hadn't even considered
til now.
