[Sca-cooks] Help: SCA-Cooks Digest, Vol 1 #437

Can someone please send me:
SCA-Cooks Digest, Vol 1 #437
(that's basically Wednesday, i think)

Even though i delete my mail upon downloading to my home machine, i
had several mgs of viruses sitting in my mailbox on my server and
about half my Wednesday mail bounced until i could clean the stuff
out.

I will not be very accessible for a while - i'm currently without an
apartment, and i'm considering going to Europe for a couple months to
hang out with my daughter. We're planning to go to Italy, Greece, and
Turkey.

But i still want my SCA-Cooks fix :-)
