 OKay all us learned people seem to have forgotten something. A dough knive
cut also be refered to as that pastry cutter we are all so fond of for making
pie crusts and pate brisee. It has a handle and four-six half circle blades.
Looks like the letter "D". could be another case of same thing, different
name. Just a guess mind you...
