[Sca-cooks] Raspberry Cordial

Yeah.....yummmmm.
When I make cordials, I just use equal parts, by weight, of the fruit,
sugar (not sugar syrup), and alcohol (usually vodka, but brandy also
works).  The fruit has to be prepared, of course, but in the case of
something as soft as raspberries, that'd just be a matter of picking out
the bug bits and the leaf bits, etc., and washing them.  Macerate it all
in a big glass jar with a good lid for a least a month, and filter out
the solids, and age the liqueur.....yummmmm.....
